The last two weeks, every single time I have been on the road driving or walking, I have seen atleast 2-3 runners on the sidewalk. Time of day does not seem to matter for California runners. I have seen runners at 9 am, 1:00 pm, 7pm and even 9:30 pm. So many friends I speak with are taking the plunge this year to run their first marathon. Training to run a marathon is so exciting. It is a goal that will make you push yourself every day of the training program. The most important part of any training is safety, consistency and having fun.
