I bought this table to match the other stork craft pieces we have. I used it a lot when the baby was first born. The drawer comes in handy for storing diapers but it doesn't open and close smoothly. The bottom shelves are flimsy, so I wouldn't trust them with anything heavy. We have wicker baskets on one, and stuffed animals on the other. The changing pad is kind of thin. I bought one of the thicker contoured pads to go on it, and I think it looks fine. Some of the other reviews call this table very sturdy, but I disagree. I don't think it's that sturdy at all. My son's movement can make the table wobble. It's not going to crumble under the weight of a baby, but I would never trust it with an adults weight. I had no problem with assembling it at 8 months pregnant and it was delivered without any damage. It looks nice and coordinates with the other nursery furniture, but I think there are probably better tables out there comparable in price. Also if ordered from amazon they do charge shipping. Since it is an oversized item, it is not eligible for the free shipping.

I've used this changing table for almost 2 yrs with my son. It is attractive and has functioned pretty well overall. The drawer bottom (flimsy; almost like cardboard) sags and pops easily out of the grooves and this is very annoying. The same thing is happenning with our stork craft aspen crib drawer bottoms which have had very little weight in them. I also would like to have more room on the changing table; now that my son is bigger his head hits the bars on the sides. This table is standard size though, and I've used 2 different changing pads with it and they both fit.

I bought this table for my first baby and it's a decent product but it definitely could use some work on the manufacturing side. When putting the table together the middle screws on the table legs don't fit in properly. It looks like when drilling the holes for them they were made too shallow so the screw isn't long enough to fit in securely. Also when trying to put the screws in the right side of the drawers, the screws couldn't get a bite into the wood and never went in. Also, I had problems with Storkcraft customer service trying to get replacement parts sent to me. First it took over three weeks to ship them and what they sent was the wrong parts then no one would call me back after I left three messages to fix the problem. I ordered the new part on 30 Sep and now it's 12 Nov and I still don't have the replacement part, Overall though, even without the drawer and the middle screws it is still a pretty sturdy table that works well as a changing table.
