The first day I put him in the gym at maybe 3 weeks he stared right at the yellow bug. I think it's because it looked like him. He is now 3 months old and since then he has discovered the musical butterfly, the blue whatever-that-is, and I love the fact that I can hang new toys on it and change where everything is, to keep it "new" for him to discover. As he grows he is able to stay in it for longer periods of time. We put a foam mat underneath it so he can do his tummy-time on it without the boppy, though. Although the base is well-made, it is not quite thick enough, in my opinion, to prevent him from bonking his head if you have hardwood floors.

This gym is perfect for my little girl. The motion activated singing and lighted dragonfly entertains her for hours. The mat works great for tummy time. She was resistant to tummy time until we got this mat, and then she was entertained by the different textures and colors on the mat and now she does tummy time very well, rolled over at 3 months. The colors on it are bright enough to draw her eye. Overall a lifesaver for me.

I bought two of these for my twin girls! I love it. It has so many little things all around the play gym to play with. It is also big enough for both of them to play on together. I would definitely recommend this product and I have...
