We bit the bullet and invested in this stroller and are so glad we did! We're both runners and live in a rural area, in order to push our daughter anywhere we needed something with big tires and shock absorbers. It's a big stroller (not meant for the mall - use an umbrella stroller or cheap frame for infant car seat for that) and super heavy-duty. I didn't get the infant carrier frame and never needed it. We put our daughter in this when she was 8 weeks old - it reclines plenty far back, and just added one of those fabric head support inserts. We just made sure to keep to smoother pavement until she was a little older.

We have had this stroller for 7 years and 3 kids. We are passing it down to friends now. It has survived MANY trips down trails in all weather conditions as we live in Alaska. The shock absorbers are great and it has held up wonderfully. I would highly recommend it.

I was very hesitant to buy this stroller because of how much it cost. But, I am now VERY glad that I spent the money. I live in a rural area, with only fields and dirt paths in which to walk; no sidewalks at all. I leave this stroller on our porch and just plop my daughter in it when we are ready for our walk. This thing handles like a dream- over sticks and rocks and tire ruts (TRACTOR tire ruts, that is) and cotton stalks, you name it, this stroller can handle it. I was really debating whether or not to get the Revolution, as it has a lockable swivel wheel in the front and I thought that it would be easier to manuever. So, I went to the BOB web-site and they have a little tool that helps you pick which of their strollers would best serve your particular needs. The Sport Utility is the one that was recommended for me and I am totally glad that I chose this one. Not only are the wheels larger than those on the Revolution (more important than you realize), but, NOT having a swivel wheel is actually better for me because of the rough terrain I traverse. If I had chosen the Revolution I would have had to keep the front wheel locked all the time anyway and all the wheels would have been smaller! I don't plan to ever take this stroller to a mall or anyplace similar- I imagine it would be cumbersome in tight or crowded places. But, for what I purchased it for, which is all-terrain use, it is perfect! Excellent quality and very sturdy. I love it. One word of caution however- please use the safety wrist strap. This stroller rolls SO smoothly that it can easily roll away from you and into danger even if you are not jogging and don't fall. Any small hill, maybe the slope at the end of a driveway, could be a potential disaster. It is supposed to roll super smoothly and it absolutely does.
