Pros & Cons :i avoided born free because of the cost and the additional parts (the valve system)i should have just gone to them from the beginning.

Pros & Cons :i called born-free and they told me that it's common for that to happen after a year and that they could send me a one-time replacement of two vents, but i would have to pay the shipping and handling.
