At the price, this product is just not the quality I had expected. I had problems with the upper buckle within 2 months. The black pointy thing behind the buckle shifted angles and would not go back to its original place. Because of that, every time I put the baby in the carrier, I ran the risk of hurting him with this sharp edge. Also the belts would come loose after just 1/2 an hour of use when his weight was not even 15 lbs. so he would be hanging much lower than the position I had originally put him in. Arm loops are too tight to put baby's arms through them. I took it back (when I could find time) to BabiesRus but they would not take it back since it was past their 90 days return. I had not realized it at the time. When you have a little one time slips away fast. I have written to Chicco but so far there has been no response. I spent over $100 (with tax) on a carrier that I barely used for 2-3 months. Even otherwise it is too expensive to be used only for babies 0-9 months.

I have several slings and wraps, but this one is exclusively my husband's. It has more padding and support than the Baby Bjorn, and he says it's more comfortable and less warm. The baby is right against his chest, instead of in a full pocket of material, so the air circulates more. And the extra padding makes it easier to wear for longer stretches of time. He's able to wear the baby while working on the computer or doing stuff around the house. Keeps the baby happy and lets the husband get stuff done.

I love this carrier. I had a differetn carrier, but it never felt comfy for me and always hurt my back and shoulders. This new carrier is so comfy for both my daughter and me. I have used it for a few hours straight with no problem at all. My daughter even falls a sleep while she is in it. I recommend this to other parents.
