Like all new parents, I wanted my baby to have the best of everything - the most comfy and cute clothes, age-appropriate toys, and the most comfortable and safe baby furniture. I had already bought the baby clothes. The toys could wait till she was more responsive, say about, one month old. I had decided that initially Nina would share the bed with us. However, I soon realized that the infant cradle was one purchase that I couldn t put off. Nina always wanted to be on the move. She hated lying still for long. She always cried to be picked up and carried around. She even had to be rocked to sleep in my arms every time she woke up at night- that was about once every 90 minutes!
