We received this as a baby shower gift. We returned the first because it was so badly made you could NOT put the back on the chair. The holes for the bolts didn't line up at all. The next one ... with me pulling hard and my wife putting the bolt in, we managed to get the back on. The allen wrench that comes with it for assembling it does NOT fit in the bolts, good thing I have my own quality allen set. In the process of assembling it, I got some dirt on it (all that pulling and pushing to get things to line up) and in scrubbing that off with a sponge, the finish also came off on the edges of the chair. The poor quality of this is enough to convince me to mark Eddie Baur furniture of any kind as a strict never again. The fact that two different boxes had the SAME defect tells me that it's not just a fluke. Save yourself time and frustration, don't get this.
