I bought this because I wanted to be able to carry my baby hands-free while walking around. The first (and only) time I placed her in it and tried to carry her, she was all contorted and I felt like she was unable to breath well because her neck was bent. The sling was not easily adjustable with one hand. I easily adjusted it with both hands. It would probably work for bigger infants but not for babies less than 10 lbs.

So far, so good. It fits both my husband and I and we have nearly a foot difference in height and we're both plus sized. My daughter is snug and comfy and falls asleep right away in it. It has the usual strain on the shoulder/neck that all slings have (I'm a mei tai fan) but I definitely like it better than the ring slings I've tried and I was under less strain than I expected. My toddler loved it as a hip carrier, but didn't feel entirely secure, probably because she's at the end of the weight limit. Soft, secure, comfortable. A bit of a hassle to strap her in just by myself for the extra protection, so I do recommend a second set of hands or strap baby in and then put him/her on. All in all, I like it.
