This is a very nice bookcase that my son likes a lot. The only drawback I can see is that none of the section is tall enough for oversized books.

This is a very nice quality shelf. My husband assemled it with no problem. It is sturdy and we have had no problems with it - the paint job is nicely done, too. I wouldn't classify it as a toy though - it is a shelf that you can use as a prop for toys (firefighter guys) if you want.

We recently got this for our son's fire truck bedroom and it looks great. It was really easy to put together and the quality of the materials are really apparent. My son loves the bell in the front and I love the different compartments for books, toys...etc. Good buy - would totally recommend!
