This is definitely the lower end of this type of product. The music function is tinny and annoying and there is not much to engage the baby. My baby was actually upset when I put him in it because he was used to the Fisher Price Acquarium bouncy seat, which he loves. Spring for the more expensive seat, it is well worth it.

This is our second bouncer and we love it. Best part - the toys don't come off the bar. This is key as our other sons would pull the toys off the last bouncer we had - they all got lost. The seat is nice and deep, and the pattern is really cute! Great for the money.

I got the bouncer seat quite by accident. I had purchased it off of my sister's baby registry and had it delivered to my house in error instead of to her. She let me keep it since she had already gotten one. And now I don't know what I would have done without it because it is such a convenience. I have not had exposure to other bouncers but I am satisfied with the product. It bounces very well (off course I cannot make a comparison). The bouncer worked very well when Mya was less than four months old. But now that she is bigger and more active I have two issues. My baby is a kicker. The vibration unit is at her foot and I fear that she would fracture her foot bone because she kicks against the vibration unit so hard. Plus the metal leg is not very well padded and she also kicks against that too. The second issue is with the toy bar. Now that Mya is bigger the toys get dangerously in face.
