Graco - Platinum CarGo Booster Car Seat 8689FAR in Farley

   I have had a horrible time with this seat. Like many others have said, the straps never tighten correctly but always seem to be too tight on my daughters neck. As hard as I try I cannot get it securely strapped into the car either. I have called Graco several times and am always given a different "solution". Don't waste your money.

   The seat seam god enough, though I don't really like the cheapy Styrofoam under the padding, but the straps are almost impossible to tighten. I have to try and get my hand behind the seat to pull them tight while pulling the tether in the front. Big pain, and my husband's hands are too big to fit behind to tighten it, so he can't. Would not buy another one!

   I'm sure this would have been a great seat if the one I purchased was not defective. It took me awhile to figure out what was wrong. The harness straps are uneven. One side is longer than the other there is no adjusting it.
