First, when the baskets came they are not as full as the picture makes them seem. They indent in the middle so that the top of the basket is fuller (larger) than the bottom, making for a bit less room. Second, I ordered two 'orders' or 4 baskets since they come as a set of 2. Only 2 baskets arrived (however timely). I called Badger Baskets and the lady tried to pass it off as the way they sell to Amazon (only one basket per order), although gave me another number to call. The customer service at the second number was much better however and they quickly fixed the issue (not sure what the deal was with two numbers though) In all I am happy with the purchase and the baskets look nice.
