I loved the look of this bassinet and so bought it a few months ago to check it out before my son arrives in July. It is absolutely horrid. The bassinet arrived and the base smelled like toxic paint! The company tried to help me out - they sent me new parts but those weren't sanded down nor were all painted! Then they sent me another set and that set smelled like the first. I finally have decided to return it and go with another company. I did love the basket and the fabric, but would never trust my child in this bassinet. Frankly, after all the smells, I won't buy anything painted from this company.
