Pros & Cons :make sure you boil the item for 20 min in a rolling boil (if the water is not hot enough, the unit will not reactivate), make sure it has reverted back to a liquid state before taking it out of hot water (if there are any solid "crystals" left, it will automatically activate & turn solid again), be careful carrying it in your bag- pressing the metal disc will activate it.
