When my daughter started climbing out of her crib,we new it was time to transition her into a safer toddler bed. The Disney Princess bed is very cute but does have some assembly issues. The bottom frame of the bed is put together via a metal pipe system that you must screw together. This is fine except that we noted that some of the pre-drilled holes were miss-aligned making it difficult to assemble these pieces securely. Other then this, the directions are pretty straight foward. Label your different peices and you should be able to assemble this bed in under a half hour. Walmarts sell this for under fifty dollars. It's foolish to buy a more costly toddler bed when you consider how short a period your child will be using this bed (two or three years at most) before you have to transition them again to a bigger bed. Oh, that remind me, the weight limit on this bed is fifty pounds (or so the box says).

I bought this bed for my 20 month old, And we both love it, She sleeps in this bed so well now, When she was in her crib she would not sleep through the night at all, But once we got this bed she has been sleeping through the nights more often than not.I saw some bad reviews for the Dora bed, And mine had NONE of those problems what so ever. This bed is perfect, And it is so adorable. I will be buying the spongebob bed for my son in the next few weeks.
