this bag is wonderful as far as organization,but its heavy and has no space insidde,it just has a lot of pockets.

We got this backpack because we go out and about with our son all the time. We live in a big city and strollers or bulky diaper bags are more of a nuisance than a help. I ordered the black version so that my husband wouldn't be concerned with wearing a "baby-ish" back pack around the city. It is a relatively small bag, but it holds more than enough for a day out or an overnight trip. The organizational features are really useful and well designed. It has a mesh back so you don't sweat up a storm. There is a neat zipper on the back side so you can reach into the backpack's main compartment without having to take the entire backpack off. It also came with it's own changing pad that has it's own spot in the bag. After only a month, the main compartment zipper broke and we can't fix it. It gradually got more and more kinked up and eventually wouldn't stay shut when we wore it for more than a few minutes with more than a diaper in it. We were really disappointed since the rest of the bag seems really well made and we use it all of the time. I won't be buying another Skip Hop item again because of how disappointing this bag became.

Pros: The organization of this bag is perfect for someone who likes to know where everything is. The pocket that holds all the diaper changing essentials opens all the way so that it is easy to grab everything you need in a pinch. The straps are curved so that if you have smaller shoulders it stays up on your shoulders well. It is not a huge overwhelming bag. Cons: The construction of this bag is cheap. The first bag I got, the bottle holder on the side tore within a hour of getting the bag. I wrote to the company and they sent me another bag. The replacement bag's bottle holder was not all the way connected when I received the bag, and on the first use the zippers broke. The only reason that I even gave this bag two stars is because customer service at Skip Hop is good, but this product is really disappointing and I would advise against purchasing it.
